- Figurine distributor Good Smile Company conducted an event today at Akihabara's UDX Conference Center, which showcased a wide array of figurines not only from their own brand, but other notable distributors across Japan. The event titled, Hobi-me-ka- Goudou Tenjikai (ホビーメーカー合同展示会/Hobby Maker Joint exhibition), allowed visitors who were unable to attend Wonder Festival 2019, a chance to get a closer look at their favorite figurines that they may have missed. In addition, it's a B-to-B event which allows buyer/ maker/ and media to get together to discuss business ventures.
- We took the opportunity to grab some photos from the event and are glad to showcase some of the wonderful figurines that Japan has to offer! Good Smile Company just recently unveiled a new figurine titled, "chitocerium": a LXXVIII-platinum Plastic Model from Masaki Apsy×huke× which is a part of their latest collaboration with popular artists in the scene.
